Our intervention focused on the complete renovation of this 390 m² house, with the aim of improving overall comfort while enhancing its Provençal identity.
The roof was raised to upgrade insulation and address existing water infiltration issues. All service networks were also renewed, including a full upgrade of the electrical system to current standards.
The joinery was replaced with traditional wooden windows and doors fitted with cremone bolts, reinforcing the authentic character of the property while improving thermal performance.
The spaces were rethought in both function and layout, with particular attention given to materials. Floors were redone in terracotta, in keeping with traditional regional codes.
The kitchen was entirely custom-made, featuring a farmhouse-style sink, stone worktops, and tailored storage solutions, combining authenticity with functionality.
The bathrooms were fully redesigned, with bespoke vanity units, marble shelves, and period-inspired fittings, paired with more contemporary walk-in showers.
Interior design and decoration were carefully considered to highlight the existing furniture, using a palette of soft tones and natural materials.
The project thus creates a revisited Provençal atmosphere, where contemporary elements are integrated with subtlety into a cohesive and timeless whole.
